A meeting with your wedding coordinator upon your arrival in Rhodes reservation of your wedding location
The booking of the date and time of your wedding ceremony
The translation in Greek of your documents
A visit to the ceremony and reception venues together with your wedding coordinator
All fees which are charged for the ceremony and your wedding certificate
The presence of your wedding coordinator during your wedding ceremony
BedThe provision of witnesses (best men or bride’s maids), if necessary
The bouquet for the bride and the button hole for the groom
The ceremony, which will be hold by a representative of the town hall (or minister/priest if it is a religious marriage)
A bottle of Greek sparkling wine (with 2 glasses)
The translation of your Greek wedding certificate into the language of your country

If you decide to get married in Rhodes, you will have to send us the following documents a few weeks in advance:

• A color copy by mail or a scanned image from both partners’ id cards or passports sent by e-mail.
• Non-marriage certificate for both partners.
• Birth Certificate for both partners.
• All documents must have Apostille on the back.

The next day of your arrival, your wedding coordinator will meet with you in order to discuss and arrange the last details regarding your wedding and/or wedding-reception.

A civil marriage can be celebrated outside numerous orthodox churches, at Town Hall or in various locations, depending on your desire.

The ceremony can only be held inside a Greek church if at least one of the two individuals is Orthodox. But in case you are a Protestant or Catholic and wish to have a religious ceremony, we can organize your wedding in the church of your religion.
Weddings celebrated in Greece have the same legal regulations as the rest of the countries in the European Union.

Citizens of all European countries can get married in Greece.
